The Amador Barn Owl Nesting Box in cedar clad exterior is also 100% stain sealed for extra longevity. It’s highly valuable for use in areas where an extra layer of material on the roof will grealy prolong service life e.g. challenging winters. Its rugged and elegant finishing make it ideal for duty and for aesthetics e.g. near the tasting room, farm house, or shop. The cedar shake roof is also replaceable. As with all our barn owl boxes, this unit exceptionally solid, made in the USA of all wood construction, and designed in conjunction with a Professor Emeritus of UCLA Biology, an authority on owls.
