The Amador Predator Guard protects by deterrence, it provides a smooth surface predators find difficult to climb on. Held on by clamping friction but can be more solidly attached with nails, screws or industrial glue. Painted Rustoleum flat brown, also available in bonderized or copper. Stamped in USA, or made in USA of domestically sourced material when available. Bonderized steel is actually Galvanized G90 that has been put through a phosphate bath and has a layer of Chromate applied and dried leaving it ready to accept paint. Bonderized can also be left without paint and will develop it's own gray patina. Predator guards are physical deterrents to bobcats, raccoons, possums, rats, mice and other climbing predators or pests.
