The Amador Barn Owl Box in cedar color stain seal and cedar shake paneled roof is for use in areas where an extra layer of material on the roof will grealy prolong service life. It’s our most popular model, and aesthetically attractive. The cedar roof is very useful for areas with substantial moisture or moss e.g. morning fog, dew, winter storms, or lichen. The cedar shake roof is also replaceable. As with all our barn owl boxes, this unit exceptionally solid, made in the USA of all wood construction, and designed in conjunction with a Professor Emeritus of UCLA Biology, an authority on owls.
